CTZ (Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus) is made up of hop varietals that are nearly indistinguishable from each other despite going by different names (mostly for copyright reasons). They have earthy and spicy characteristics that make it an ideal and impressive bittering hop with Alphas between 14% and 16% . CTZ has some aroma notes of oranges and grapefruit that can be achieved with later hop additions.
