Description

Introduced in the early 2000’s as an open pollinated super alpha variety. Bravo makes an excellent bittering hop because the Alpha Acid is typcially between 14-17%. Bravo isn’t as one-dimensional though, it also contributes fruity and floral tones.

Beta Acids: 3.0 – 5.0 %
Cohumulone: 29 – 34 % of alpha acids

Humulene: 18 – 20 % of total oil
Caryophyllene: 10 – 12 % of total oil
Farnesene: < 1 % of total oil
